These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at https://talkwithbronwen.com (“Site”) and the services offered by Bronwen Oehlschalger LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our Site, purchasing services, or participating in any programs, you agree to these Terms.
Use of Services
Our services include coaching, mentorship, workshops, events, speaking opportunities, affiliate program, community access, and digital content. You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others.
Payment Terms
All purchases are final and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in a specific offer or agreement. We process payments through secure third-party platforms such as Stripe. You are responsible for any fees associated with your chosen payment method.
Community Conduct
At our events we do a lot of connection activities, and eye to eye contact. Participation is never required, and sexual harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. These spaces are designed to create connective and healing experiences, and it is crucial that our standards of safety are adhered to at all times.
As mentioned above we are committed to creating a safe, respectful environment. By engaging with any of our programs, community spaces, and live events, you agree to uphold a standard of non-violence, respect, and inclusion. We reserve the right to remove any participant at any time, without refund, for behavior deemed harmful, inappropriate, or disruptive.
Speaker Conduct and Agreements
Speakers are required to conduct themselves with integrity and professionalism, follow through with their commitment as per their speaker agreement, and bring the agreed upon value to the event. Speakers must run desired changes to agreed upon topics and presentation past Bronwen Oehlschlager prior to marketing launch. Changes will not be allowed after marketing campaigns have launched. If speaker agreement terms are not met within the agreed upon timeline, including but not limited to failure to place all of your tickets associated with your speaking spot with the ideal audience for the committed event, your speaking spot may be revoked with no refund.
Testimonial Consent
By participating in any of our programs or offerings, you consent to our use of your feedback and testimonials in future marketing, promotional materials, and trainings. This includes written, audio, and video submissions or responses provided during or after your engagement.
Medical and Mental Health Disclaimer
All coaching, workshops, and related services are educational and supportive in nature. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed medical or mental health professional. We do not offer therapy, and participation in our programs does not create a doctor-patient or therapist-client relationship.
Technology and Access Disclaimer
We do our best to ensure consistent access to our digital content and services. However, we are not responsible for interruptions or technical issues outside our control, including third-party platform outages, internet disruptions, or device incompatibility.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and designs, is owned by Bronwen Oehlschalger LLC or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Site without our written consent.
SMS Program Terms
Program Name: Talk With Bronwen
Program Description: By opting into our SMS program, you may receive messages about upcoming events, coaching availability, special offers, and time-sensitive announcements.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Media Release
By participating in any live or recorded event, group program, coaching session, or community experience facilitated by Bronwen Oehlschalger LLC, you grant us the irrevocable right to use your image, voice, written contributions, and testimonials in video, photo, audio, and text formats for promotional and commercial purposes. This includes use on our website, social media, podcasts, and in future training materials. If you prefer not to be featured, it is your responsibility to notify us in writing prior to participation.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are offered “as is.” We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from our coaching or programs. Your experience and results are your responsibility.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of our services or website.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Effective Date” above. Continued use of our services indicates your agreement to the updated Terms.
